Reactive Heating Callouts

Secured Engineers provides 24-hour 365 days per year reactive callout cover to our customers heating installations. We aim to carry out a first-time fix where equipment has failed but if this is not possible then we try our best to get the required components delivered as soon as possible. We then schedule our engineer to return, fit the components in order to get the equipment back in working order.

Heating Maintenance

Planned Maintenance Visits (PMV) – ACS provides regular routine maintenance inspections to our customers heating installations in accordance with Gas Safe Regulations. This includes: .

• PMV Heating Inspections – We carry out an annual PMV to the heating installation including boilers, gas fires and heating system components.
• PMV Gas Safety Inspections – We carry out an annual gas safety inspection to the installation at the premises.
